Fair, honest pricing. Good timeliness. 11/8/2010

I am extremely happy with Applegate Auto. I have been going there fairly steadily for 20 plus years. My car is always ready when they say, and they are very receptive. The owner will take time to talk and explain things to me. One thing that has impressed me is that the owner has helped me over the phone in a couple of situations when an unscrupulous dealer would have had me come in. I have some ability to fix things on my own with advice, which really translates to saving a lot of money, and a less scrupulous dealer would have charged me to take a look. I am rally happy happy with them. They have been clear and honest with me, and the owner is a friendly guy. A pleasant experience. more

Overall, very good. 11/5/2010

I am friend of theirs, so I am not sure if my customer experience is the same as everyone else's, but I have always received excellent service at Applegate Auto. In terms of timeliness and cost, they have been very good. And, I am sure they provide they same excellent service to all of their customers. Kathy Peck. more
