I will say that Dr. Lott can be a very useful vet. My girlfriend takes her dog there and they seem to have no problems at all. I have also heard stories from close friends that Dr. Lott has saved there animals from diseases such as parvo. However, I went to Dr. Lott with my new puppy who was sick with distemper. After Lott diagnosed my dog with the disease, he said he would follow up with information about possible treatment if any, as well as a way to take care of my dog if anything had to happen. However, even after my attempts to contact him again over the next week or so, I did not hear anything back. Thankfully, my dog somehow survived the disease and is fine now. However, Dr. Lott left me without any information on how to help my dog combat the disease. Maybe he didn't take me as serious as he does some of his other clients due to me being a college student, but I paid all my bills up front and gave him no reason to think that I was not good business for him. So, Dr. Lott can be a good vet, my personal experience however tells differently.
