Applebee's

We get seated and there is no silverware on the table, so the seater said she will be right back. She never returned and I caught her multiple times talking to other employees, having a jolly good time. Well we eventually ordered food, drinks, and apetizer. Our cheese sticks came out along with drinks, and still no silverware. Finally when the woman returned, I had to ask not so nicely for some silverware. Our food came, I ordered the chicken alfredo like always. It did not have parsley or whatever usually comes on it, and it's a big difference, but that didn't bothered me. I soon realized I didn't get a piece of toast, so when I asked the waitress said ""Oh I'll see if they're done"" I should have got it served WITH my dinner, not a while after. They gave me a feww drink I guess because it was a bad experience. Also, a woman was sweeping out the booths, and then served our food. I hope she washed her hands! I will go back, but this better not happen again. more

We went there because they were going to donate 15% of the bill to the cancer fondation. When we arrived we were seated promply but that is where it ended. The waitress did not greet us in a friendly manner. We ordered 2 salads which she took the order and you could tell she wanted us to order more and I was going to order an sandwich but her attitude changed my mind. We then gave her the flyer for the cancer donation and we were told they would not honor it because it was to late the order was already put in. She finally came back and said they had cancelled the order and put it back through. She then began to lecture us about letting them know before odering or we wouldn't be able to donate the 15%. We stated it dosn't say anything like that on the flyer. We just recieved more argument. The salads arrived 1 was saturated with dressing and not much there even though the price was high. The other was a little better not saturated with dressing but not much on the taste. We were then ready to leave she brought the check she didn't say thank or come again just slapped it on the table and walked away. We won't be back here ever again.
