Cold Food, Horrible Service 11/14/2008

We spent two hours at Applebees, only to be severely disappointed. Initial wait was shorter than expected - great! But then hostess mis-pronounced our name, and when corrected she said ""whatever!"" Cons: slow service, cold food, no silverware or plates more
