Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar 4/13/2006

I went to this Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, and I was pleased. They were nice and kind, and I didn't have to wait long to be seated. I also didn't have to wait long to be served. I ordered a salad, and it was so big, I had to take some of it home with me. It's a very good restaurant, and I recommend it very much. I think the friendliness of the employees is great. So many times I go somewhere and encounter unfriendliness. Not so here. more

Applebees 3/28/2006

One of my favorite restaurants in Shelby is Applebees. I love their salads. I got there when I can, and I am almost always satisfied. On the few times that I have not been, it has been because of the way the situation was handled. For example, once I asked for no croutons in my salad and they put extra, extra, extra croutons on there instead of putting none. When I told the server, she brought me a BOWL for ME to pick the croutons off! LOL! I ahve never used their bar, but heck, a bar is a bar! LOL! more

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar 3/27/2006

Applebee's Neighborhood Bar & Grill is a great place to eat. They have a full menu all day, as well as a bar. I love going there because anytime of the day I can get whatever I want at a reasonable price. The servers are good, and I like the way they take care of orders if they are wrong. For example, if I order potatoes with no gravy, and it comes back with gravy, they immediately take the wrong order back and replace it really, really quickly. This way you get to eat with your party. Applebees is wonderful! more

I LOVE APPLEBEE'S. Especially the Carside To Go for pickups. I have ordered careside more than I've eaten inside the place - busy and on the go! I especially like the potatoes - creamed with the skins on I guess. Anyway, they're tops! And the steaks are awesome. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I ordered steak carside and it was tender, still hot, and flat out delicious!!! Applebee's is real good eatin' in the neighborhood of Shelby. Try it out if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed. more

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar 3/21/2006

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar is the place to go for family dining. They have a new weight-watcher meal that seems to be popular. They are also consistently changing their menu so they meet the demands and needs of the community. They have a great menu now, and I think most Shelbians like Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. The price is competitive with other restaurants in its class. It's only been here for about 3-4 years, but it's running now as if it has been here forever. I do recommend Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar at four stars. If you have never been, you owe it to yourself to try it. more
