Good food 7/2/2006

We went here right before we drove back to Washington, and the food hit the spot. We sat in the bar with his brother and wife, and enjoyed the food and conversation. I had a great salad, totally filled me up, and I was surprised at how big the soda drinks were (I had Sprite). The chairs at the bar table were a touch high but that's ok. We had great service, good food, and I wouldn't mind going there again. more

Great, Especially for Weight Watchers Members 4/6/2006

Mmmm, I love Applebee’s. Their Weight Watcher’s menu is so great – I recommend the chicken sandwich that comes with the pineapple (not sure the name right now). Also, my favorite dessert is there (obviously not a Weight Watcher item) – the white chocolate brownie with ice cream and delicious sauce. Sometimes we go there just to get dessert. The restaurant is clean, the people are friendly and the lighting is bright and cheerful. more

Applebee's 4/3/2006

Applebee's is a chain restaurant with salads, burgers, ribs, sandwiches, etc. The prices are fair and the food is good too. I know they call it a grill and bar but I would avoid getting any drinks there. I guess if you stick to beer it's fine, but if you want a mixed drink it's not worth it. The charge a lot and they make their drinks very weak so basically you're paying a lot for juice. Other than that Applebee's is a nice place to go if you feel like sports grill type food. more
