My iPad's screen suddenly shattered and my warranty was a couple of days shy of being expired. Yet the staff accommodated my request and replaced the item. Awesome service!

Excellent Apple Store! 1/19/2011

I often shop directly from this Apple store instead of the convenience of the website purely because of the fact that the staff is so educated and friendly. I have had to take in my computer a few times and its always taken care of with ease. I've used this store for personal and business and every single time i've been impressed. more
