This store is incredible in so many ways. The location, people, products, and even their exchange policy are all fantastic. Leave it to apple to not only make unbelievable products for you to try out here, but to also have a store designed so contemporary like this. I give this place and it?s products an A+ for everything!
First of all, if you?re a tourist or somebody who has never been to an Apple store, then it?s time to try it out. You?ll see all the latest products and get to play around with them too. This particular store is open and spacious, and the few times I?ve gone it hasn?t been that crowded. Secondly, once you purchased an item and by chance you are having a problem with it, do not hesitate to bring it in. You would be surprised by the customer service you receive here. I had to see it for myself when my husband returned his iPhone because he was having serious problems with it. After I saw a painless exchange of phones I knew I needed an iPhone for myself and knew exactly where to get it from. The staff was incredibly pleasant and responsive to our needs.
Truthfully, I love to go in this store whether or not I purchase something from it every time. I feel like I learn more about the apple products I already have just from visiting here time to time. Everyone here is educated in apple products and is a tremendous help.
