Awful place for picking up repaired items 8/29/2011

Why does it take 30 minutes to pick up a repaired computer at this location ? I've had 2 repairs since last year, recvd call both times that it's ready, i get there & both times I end up in an archaic line where no one knows what's going on .... all this while the immature staff is running around the counter & back rooms like a chicken w/its head cut off .... It was faster for me (both times) to wait in line, describe the problem & drop off the product vs. picking it up ....WTF .... more
