the WORST experience ever. the movers showed up 2 hours late!! they showed in a big white truck.......and nothing on this truck said anything about apple movers. the movers where rude and did wear shirts that indicated that they worked for apple movers. in fact their shirts had the name of another moving company on them. \r \r all I had to move: a couch, love seat, tv stand, dinning room table, 4 chairs for the table,2 beds, and a washer-dryer set. they told me it would take 6 HOURS. I repeat 6 HOURS. I understand that you get paid by the hour. but to try to milk the job to make more money is just plain wrong. \r \r they didn't wrap one thing in blankets to protect it. I have several damages. when I tried to call the manager she wouldn't even take or return my calls to this day.\r \r I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! more

Apple Movers has the right kind of business model - where the crew that moves you has their own business reputation to protect as much as the branded company themselves do. From the initial reservation to the actual move itself, there is nothing I might add as an improvement suggestion over what was provided me during my move. They exceeded expectations, were right on time, were well prepared and prioritized what to move in the proper sequence - treated me as though I was their only customer. I really got my monies' worth and will continue to recommend and use them for any moves in the future. THANK YOU!!\r more

Great service! I had to move between Norman to Yukon. I was extremely impressed because I procrastinate, I had 3/4 of my items packed by the time they showed up. However, they were able to help me load my items WAY fast, and had everything done in less time than I had expected if I had already had all of my stuff packed. AMAZING. And super cost efficient and friendly, I would recommend to anyone. more

Moved to California, used these guys and had no problems. I had the feeling they were moving their own stuff. I would use them again. more

Simple, affordable and on time. Everything went great to the point, I gave the movers a $50 tip each. Hope I never have to move again but if I do I will use Applemovers. Added this with customers permission since she does not use computers. more

This was my 7th move in the past 10 years. Apple movers is by far the best movers I have ever hired. They arrived on time got the job done. Was very helpful and had all the right equipment to do the job right and fast. Damage free and affordable. The next move I make will be with Apple Movers. The old saying you can't please everyone all the time. However they were by far a great moving service and after 32 years moving people all over the united states I am sure they have ran across a few people that no one can please. I did my home work and it paid off I got a great moving service after reading between the lines. There are a few people that complain about everything. Who would want to move people for a living it's got to be one of the hardest jobs out there and these guys were very easy to work with. Great job Apple Movers more

I just came from a lawyer's office whom I consulted about filing a write of garnishment against Apple Movers, whom I won a judgment against last year for ruining my brand new furniture. But apparently I am not alone in trying to collect from these hit-and-run criminals. According the the OSCN (Okla State Courts Network) public records, Randy Franklin and Apple Movers owe everyone in town. They've stolen things from clients (the list of ""missing merchandise"" includes law enforcement gear, which is very frightening - who is this guy trying to convince that he is a cop????), and everything else you can imagine. Apple Movers and Randy have run up an $80k ATT phone bill - a FREAKIN phone bill.!!!! - that they got sued over, and the list goes ON and ON. One judgment against Apple is for $150K! These guys are so awesome! First of all, the price was a lot cheaper than competitors. They originally were supposed to have two trucks to move all of our belongings in one day, but they did it with one truck and so quickly! The other companies I called said they would take two days to move everything. We also had to take our stuff to two different locations(one to rental and one to storage). They took every single item to the right locations with no problems. All of the movers were so polite and helpful. I also have a baby grand piano that they moved for us. Most companies won't move a piano, but these guys saved me a few hundred by taking the piano with the rest of our belongings. We are in a rental until our new home is finished being built and we are definitely planning on using them again!! more

I was so relieved to see that these guys were on time being that I had to be out of my apartment at 2:30p.m. sharp. My elevator was only reserved from 11:00a.m. to 2:30p.m. I was very concerned that maybe they would not be able to get it all done in that amount of time, but Philip told me on the phone that it was recommended that our movers show up an hour before hand and help get everything into place as well as wrapping up our furniture that way we can use the elevator to its potential. I'm also very happy that there wasn't one scratch on any piece. I'm so glad I found this company and the reviews on here were spot on. Which is why I decided to contribute to it as well. I knew moving is stressful and handling everything alone will not be a easy.\r Without spending time in thinking if it will be possible for me to do it myself. I started searching for a full service moving company. I came across this moving company. While checking the sites I found that this company is actually like a directory. I mean you they can give you all type of moving services. I directly called them and told them everything. they assigned a mover to carry out my move.\r \r The moving agent did not made me wait instead they were 7 minutes early according to my time. I liked watching them pack my stuff. The way they packed the stuff made me feel that ""Oh its so easy and anyone can do it"". I gave it a try. But then REALIZED that packing requires good practice and skill.\r \r The move went well.\r You should definitely consider using this moving company for your next move! more

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a moving company. They showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, they protected all of the floors and door ways and were some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. We hired 3 people since we lived at the bottom of about 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. They were a lot quicker than we expected them to be. I've had bad experiences in the past with moving companies - charging per step from the truck to the door, purposely over-using packing materials so they can charge more for them, charging mileage from place to place, charging for more time than it actually took. 1st Dallas Movers did none of these things and they were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely use this company again and I'd recommend them to anyone moving. I can't say enough good things about them! Thanks guys! more

the moving crew that was sent to my house to pack and load/transfer my items were the best bunch of movers i have ever had and i've moved half a dozen times both locally and long distance. i moved with north american, graebel and some local movers and this experience was the most professional. 3 days from pick up to delivery and the price was less than quoted. would recommend apple movers..... more
