Apple Honda Isuzu

I went to Apple Honda in Riverhead NY. My mother needed a car and did not have any experience in buying a car. I went in to the dealership and worked out the deal. I brought my mother in to see the car and drive it and sign the paperwork. On the day of delivery they called my mother to come into the dealership two hours before the scheduled pickup time knowing I could not make it there at that time. In my absents the finance Manager George and the Sales Man Jeff changed the deal around and talked my mother into buying an expensive, needless waranty. They told her that it would be refunable if we decided we did not need it. 4 Months later the dealership still refuses to give the money back. They refuse to return phone calls and pretend they are not in the office when we drive to the dealership. I now had to file a case with 5th district court to try and recover the money. Once you pay apple honda they do not care who you are or want to know you. If you have a problem after they are paid, you are SOL. PLEASE BEWARE OF APPLE HONDA RIVERHEAD, GEORGE AND JEFF!!! If you only do one thing.. please listen to me when I say DO NOT go to Apple Honda. I would NEVER want anyone to experierence what I went through today. They agreed to one price for a car, wrote up the paperwork for a car with leather and than when we went to pick up the car had changed the car to a car without leather at the same price. They said they made a mistake and was not supposed to be the car with leather as they put on the paperwork and I should have known because the VIN number they wrote matach a car without leather, because even know the sales certificate said leather but the VIN number was from a car without leather. Who checks the vin number when signing a sales agreement?. Long Story, but what they said didnt make any sense! We drove to Atlantic Honda in Bayshore and they ended up selling us a car for less money. Go there and save yourself a headache!!! more
