Our 5th Honda! 12/10/2012

today was a very pleasant experience. I was able to describe what I wanted and needed over the phone. Service got me to sales, sales called me right away and within a few hours I was in my new car. Finanace and service was excellent.\r \r this is our 5th Honda... I'm sure we will be back again. more

Apple Honda's Crooked 4/7/2011

On 4/7/2011 went to apple honda in riverhead ny of an oil change and was told by the sevice advisor that the transmision fluid was dirty and needed to be change. I told him it had been changed recently. He looked up the records and said oh ya it was changed in october. I replyed, with the question, did day they say they repaced it and didn't. Right then I realized he was just trying to pad the bill. At that piont I ask to see the manager. He was very rude and try to pawn it of as a mistake. Further more the car was supposed to be certified use. The tire treds were dangerously low and I was told the car is as is and the front breaks pads had to be replaced and the rotors needed repaired after 9000 miles of onership. Stay away from apple honda of riverhead, they're crooks more

Beware of Apple Honda 8/22/2008

I went to Apple Honda in Riverhead NY. My mother needed a car and did not have any experience in buying a car. I went in to the dealership and worked out the deal. I brought my mother in to see the car and drive it and sign the paperwork. On the day of delivery they called my mother to come into the dealership two hours before the scheduled pickup time knowing I could not make it there at that time. Pros: Location/selection Cons: cheaters / bad costomer service more

Save yourself a headache and dont buy from APPLE 1/30/2008

If you only do one thing.. please listen to me when I say DO NOT go to Apple Honda. I would NEVER want anyone to experierence what I went through today. They agreed to one price for a car, wrote up the paperwork for a car with leather and than when we went to pick up the car had changed the car to a car without leather at the same price. They said they made a mistake and was not supposed to be the car with leather as they put on the paperwork and I should have known because the VIN number they wrote matach a car without leather, because even know the sales certificate said leather but the VIN number was from a car without leather. Who checks the vin number when signing a sales agreement?. Long Story, but what they said didnt make any sense! more
