Apple Farm 4/16/2006

The Apple Farm is a great place. It is a bed and breakfast as well as a really yummy restaurant. The hotel is nice and it is fun to go to even if you are local - just to get away. The restaurant has good homestyle comfort food, which is refreshing considering that a lot of San Luis has more healthy, modern food. The other great thing is that they have a gift shop with everything apples: apple butter, apple sauce, etc. more

Feels like home 12/15/2005

The Apple Farm is so inviting and comforting. Wonderful, home-cooked food. The cornbread is the best, ever. Nice atmosphere with excellent wait staff. The gift shop is filled with all kinds of beautiful items. You could spend an hour just wandering through the gift shop. The grounds are impeccable. Every detail is accounted for. Once you go, you will want to go back again and again. more

treat yourself! 9/20/2005

If you are looking for a special place to stay, try Apple Farm. Their rooms are beautiful, and there are a range of prices for rooms, from more inexpensive (but still nice) to pricier and more luxurious. If you really want a treat, get a room above the mill house. The gift shop is a fun place to browse and there is a restaurant on the premises that serves delicious food (featuring apple desserts). more

I love the feel and cooking at Apple Farm. I home cooking is comfort food. Stroll through the gardens and enjoy the beautiful flowers. Great for families. more

Homemade muffins, desserts and fresh pressed apple cider make the Apple Farm one of the popular tourist stops for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They offer American favorites such as meatloaf sandwiches and roasted turkey dinner. Along with dining, there is also a bakery counter where you can buy desserts to go. While waiting for your table, there is a 2 story gift shop with many different items, including some Apple Farm jams. more
