Appearance Plus Day Spa

I was crazy and purchased the deal thru Groupon that was offered $119 for five mani-pedis (a $290 value they wish ). Well, had a heck of time getting a appointment, not that anyone is busting down the door there seem to be only one girl, so fitting you in between nobody and when she comes in means only at their convenience. Clear to me this girl did not have much training if any at all, My.hope they would have a license experienced person was a real bust. This has got to be the absolute worst I have ever had. I did get my money back for the balance. They did short me but if the only business they can get is if you buy a Groupon, they need it more than I. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. more

I was just at this Spa last week and had a Manicure & Pedicure & my girlfriend had a massage. I had the Shellac nail and they were reasonably priced. We're going back for more in 3 weeks. \r I follow them on FB for Specials. more

The place is extremely dirty which turned me off. The prices are reasonable butI would rather pay more and not be grossed out. The girl couldn't find the produsct required to do my service. highly disorganized. more

I recently visited the Spa for full body massage and facial, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was very nice, great atmosphere and I felt very comfortable there.\r I've had massages done before in other Spas and I'm very glad to have found Appearance Plus, I will definetly recommend this place to my friends. This place was very affordable, clean & with a great looking staff! \r The staff was very nice and made me feel like going back. It's close to home & I highly recommend this place to all. more

i just moved to the area and needed to find a facialist. i found appearance plus and as soon as i walked in i fell in love. beautiful place and the staff was very friendly and definitely experts in their field. the esthetician who did my facial was wonderful, i'm definitely coming back routinely. more

the atmosphere of the place looked promising. my enthusiasm quickly faded when i had to change into slippers that were dirty and a scratchy robe. i was still open to giving my massage therapist the benefit of the doubt, but i was horrified within seconds. it didn't feel like she knew what she was doing or had any training at all. i had to ask her repeatedly to lighten up her pressure because she was hacking at me like i was a 200 pound footballer. i'm sure i'm going to have bruises today, and i left there with the worst migraine i've had in my life. it was really the worst experience i've had at a spa. i do not recommend this place at all! more

I recently had received a gift certificate from my Husband, for my birthday. I Had called to make an appointment for a Saturday, unfortunately they were booked. The receptionist had told me if anything were to open up they would give me a call.( was holding my breath on that phone call) Come Thursday night i had gotten a message that there was availability. I called and confirmed, and was very excited that they had remembered about me. Well let me tell you i have never felt so comfortable entering spa. They greeted me at the door , offered me coffee,tea and water some bagels. I felt like it was all for me. It didn't look like a big spa area, but as soon as you enter this door in the back it expands to about 6 or 7 rooms.Small private waiting room in the back, peaceful and relaxing. I cant complain about my time there just that i need a birthday every month!!!! more

I visited this spa and when I walked in I felt I was "away from home"..the atmosphere was serene and when I received my massage it was excellent..I came out of my session so relaxed. I would like return for a day of beauty.. more

I was looking for a good SPA around the area so I can have neck and shoulder message routinely. I went to Appearance Plus day spa and was disappointed! The dressing room, robe didn't look clean. The message table was not professionally prep. I'm very thin so it was painful to lay on there for 50 minutes. Not recommend for anyone! more

I received a gift certificate from a friend to try the Apperance Plus Day Spa. I was able to schedule a massage the same day that I called up. There was many options to choose from, so I decided to chose the full body massage. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the facilities were very clean. The massage lasted a half hour and was very relaxing. I would definately go back there again the next time I need some rest and relaxation. more
