I called this person (the owner) because they were the ""authorized"" repair service for my central vacum. He picked the unit up from my home and stated that it would take approximately 2 weeks fix.\r

After 2 weeks passed, I called to get the status of the repair. He told me that he had just ordered the motors (which he told me needed to be replaced when he picked the unit up) 4 days prior (in other words he waited 9 days to order the motors knowing when he picked the unit up they could not be repaired, only replaced). \r

After another week I called to inquire about the status (keep in mind he had the unit 3 weeks now). He didn't answer the phone so I left a message telling him I was getting ""irrated"". At that point he picked up the phone and told me he no longer wanted to repair the unit. He would not state why, and told me ""people like me just don't understand.""\r

Took the unit to a motor repair shop. Got it fixed in 3 days for nearly half the price.\r

My advice is find someone else!
