They had the spa with the right price and we continue to be happy 4/8/2006

We bought a hot tub here 8 years ago and we continue to be happy with it. I wanted something wide enough to float in, not too many jets, quiet operation, and a bench style. Since then they've provided service twice -- once under warranty when the pump acted funny and they installed a replacement, and then 6 years later when the pump finally died, they replaced it. Service was within a couple days. They have a good selection of spa chemicals and supplies -- I recomment their heat saving blanket and the silver bullet. We're very happy. more

Good wide range of choices, good service and supplies 8/31/2005

We found the staff very helpful in selecting our hot tub, we wanted one without a lot of extras and found one like we hoped for. Its run us about $10 per month energy costs which is good. The motor had a problem after 3 years but was on warranty and they replaced it no charge, then went out entirely after 7 -- we got 2 day service. Other spa dealers seemed a lot pricier for not much better. more
