Wonderful job!! Had our roof replaced Apollo came and removed our solar panels and put back up in timely manner and even fixed flaws in original workmanship by solar company. Also had our lanai repainted and repaired mortar around pool and it came out beautifully. They did when they said they would and looks great!! more

Stay away from Apollo Pool 3/9/2011

This is a company that doesn't know the meaning of being responsible. They tell you they will stand behind their work but that is not the truth. I have been attempting to get them to repair the leaks they created when they refinished my pool a year ago without success. I have called them more times then you can imagine and can't get them to respond. Don't trust this company or you will be in the same boat. more

Great pool company 2/8/2011

MY POOL IS GREAT. I had a quartz finish and pavers done for a great price. I was able to see samples at there showroom, and then thay came out and gave me a super good price. The office staff was so helpful and they always answer the phone. No answering machine.I would recomend them to everyone. Jimmy more

BEST CONTRACTOR EVER. I was in the market for pool repair and thought i would try Apollo. Many of my neighbors have used them. They cam out on time gave me a GREAT PRICE and followed up with everything. The girls in the office are so nice. It is refreshing to call and not get a machine. My pool has never looked so good. New pebble pool finish, and pavers for thousands less than others. THANK YOU APOLLO FOR SUCH A GREAT JOB. more

AVOID APOLLO POOLS 6/24/2010

Week after week I had to call to complain about the service I received. They claimed to clean my filter but right after they left I pulled my filter out and it was filthy. The chemical balance was always off. They would spend a total of 1minute 45 seconds vaccuming my pool. My 7 yr. old granddaughter could do a better job. Do not use apollo 10/27/2009

Have used them for three year tenant complained every month I jnust found outfrom the pools tech that him was om Only chemical service but I had paid for full service a 60 dollar difference for 3 years, they have refused to acknownledge the error also they have let the pool pump burn up twice in three years, prior pool companies I had few problems more

I used Apollo for years. But this was for a property that I did not live in. My tenants would constantly complain that the techs would come out, spend all of 1 minute there and do absolutely nothing. My pool was often green, had ph levels off the charts or was simply uncared for. So what exactly was I paying them to do? Apparently just to slip me a note to tell me they were there and to never ever ever be late when sending me their bill. AVOID THEM!!! My pool has never looked so good. I had pebble pool finish done for half the price of other co. So I also had the tile replaced. The workers were so nice and polite. I would recomend them to everyone I know.\r They started the work on tuesday as planned and were done by friday.\r I didn't even pay a deposit. I signed the form and they started in about a week. When they were finished, they presented an invoice and I wrote them a check. I was thrilled, it all went so well.\r \r The office was just down the road. I went there to see tile samples. They were all so nice. \r \r I wish I had another pool so I could use them again. :) Pros: FAST AND FRIENDLY more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 10/8/2008

WOULD NOT EVER USE AGAIN! Pool was not done on time, was not done very good, and when they caused a leak in my pool (that I'd never had before) they couldn't even find it and then refused to call back, no matter how many times we'd call and be promised a call back, and/or a visit to find the leak. We ended up paying someone else to fix it, meanwhile my water bill went through the roof because we had to keep refilling the pool. When I sent them a small bill for the water, and for the other company who fixed their mistake, they refused to pay, refused to write or even call back. Now when I tell other people we used Apollo, they tell me EVERYONE knows not to use Apollo Pools! I wish we would have known that then. In a nutshell: the worst company I've ever come across. Does NOT care about their customers. Avoild like the plague. I will post reviews everywhere I can, to save someone a waste of $4000+ and much aggravation. Pros: N O N E Cons: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES, BAD WORKMANSHIP, DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR WORK, NO WORK ETHIC more
