Unfortunately we were scammed by them. We have a rental in Seattle and our tenant had some problem with a minor leak in the kitchen sink. They called these guys and the technician came and fixed the leak. They also told them that the faucet has to be changed otherwise it will continue to leak. I don’t know if this was true to not, but I assume it was. At any rate, the technician had spent 3.5 hours in the house, and they charged $875 for it ($959 with tax). After I received the bill I did look up the faucet they had installed, and its retail price (for that model) is $160. So basically they charged $715 for 3.5hrs of labor, which amounts to more than $200/hr. When I contacted them and asked for the reason they have charged so much, they said this is their “standard” charge! So in short, they charge outrageously high rates, and take advantage of customer’s uncritical trust to them.
