I own a few rental properties and now use Apollo Appliance exclusively, but have never thought to write a review, although I have always had trustworthy, reliable, prompt service. After this last service call, however, I must show my appreciation for the owner’s over-the-top customer service he exhibited towards my tenant and me.
Recently, my tenant called me to report her refrigerator and freezer had suddenly stopped cooling. Even worse, it was after normal business hours and she had overnight guests. Understandably, my tenant had gone into full-on panic mode. Food was melting and she was scrambling to buy extra coolers and bags of ice. When I called what I thought was Apollo’s business office after 6 PM, I was surprised that Tracy (the owner) answered the phone himself. Turns out, he had given me his personal cell on a previous service call.
A defective thermostat turned out to be the culprit. Tracy showed up when he said he would, had the part on board, fixed the problem, cleaned up his work area, quoted a reasonable price and left the appliance working like new again. As far as I am concerned, Apollo Appliance is the only repair company out there.
