BED BUGS....and they aren't in any hurry to get rid of them. HORRIBLE management.\r \r They have a Public Health Complaint filed against them in Hamilton County Ohio regarding bedbugs.\r more

Awful Company/No Professionalism 10/22/2011

This is the worst company I've ever rented from! Bad business, the apartment was unready before I moved in and no one comes to fix anything as they promise before move-in. They had to show me three apartments at three different properties before I moved in because they have a roach problem with just about all their properties. Once they get your money and your moved in they don't answer the office phone once they recognize your number and never respond to voice messages. I could go on and on but don't have the time. JUST DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! more

Apex Properties is easy to deal with. Pros: close to bus stop, heat and water paid, in Uptown District Cons: Need more shopping! more

Great apartments in a good location 10/1/2009

The Uptown District of Mt. Washington is a unique place to stay. I moved here from New York and I like the small town feel. There are a lot of shops and places to eat in the area. Apex Properties has an apartment building in the middle of the district. Pros: good location more
