A Great Place 12/13/2011

I love this office!!! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and by my name. They already had all my insurance information loaded and were ready for me. I did not have to wait in the front for more than 1 minute. After my cleaning, which was great, Dr Kitzmiller explained everything to me that needed to be done. When I scheduled for the work I was the only patient he had at the time of my appointment - NO DOUBLE BOOKING!!!. When my insurance paid they were right on the money with the cost. I would highly recomend this office more

Great dental practice 1/6/2011

My family loves Dr. Jay - kids brush and floss much better because of his encouraging words and praise when they do a great job. Faith is a fabulous hygienist - gentle and kind, yet firm about flossing! I am a teeth-grinding kind of gal and am slowly having to crown my back teeth b/c I refuse to wear a mouth guard like Dr. Jay says I should - but they are very clear about costs before I sign up for the appointment to get a crown. I like how their system integrates with insurance so I know how much I'll have to pay prior to treatment. Makes the checkout time much better -- knowing what I am paying for and prepared for the co-pay balance. more
