I would like to take this opportunity to knowledge and endorse the exceptional level of service I have received from Apex Industries, and Mr. Ryan Frugé. \r From the beginning, Mr. Frugé was prompt in returning my calls. When he arrived for the estimate, he took the time to listen to my specific requirements, answered all of my questions, and explained all of the options that were available to me. \r Mr. Frugé, on several occasions personally informed me of the status of the window film that I had specifically requested, to be installed at my residence. In reference to the matter of the difficulties encountered with such a request, Mr. Frugé “immediately"" stepped in, and resolved this issue. \r Without going into all of the details, the unusual circumstances, and the uniqueness of my given situation. It is my opinion that this entire matter was dealt with in such a fashion that I as a consumer, felt that I received a true example of ""Customer Service and Satisfaction"" in a way that is spoken of often but unfortunately is seldom experienced. \r Mr. Frugé, throughout the installation process, was both professional and personable. During the process of installation he and his assistant treated my residence with the utmost respect. I have an FJ Cruiser and I had called around to several places and looked online at some horror stories at how much people charge to replace the windshield! At Apex they assured me that they are very familiar with how to change that model specifically (it has some dumb 4" trim on top) and they were BY FAR the most economical. I had been so confused when talking with my insurance people before I went to Apex and once I got in touch with Ryan at Apex in Santa Maria he just made it all so EASY. The guys who came out to replace my windshield were personable and efficient. Definitely go with Apex. more

I was very pleased with their service. They came out to my vehicle to secure it when it was broken into. I had called this other glass company they said they they didn't provide that service. Gosh, with times being this tough you would think they would. I highly recommend APEX! Pros: Best glass repair shop in town! Cons: None more
