Landlords Tom and David Kluck have been providing apartment rentals since 1986 and insist on a clean and safe environment for all their tenants. Both live in Dubuque and are always near by for any repairs or services you may need.
We are located on the West End of Dubuque, Iowa just off John F. Kennedy road.
