We got there just as they opened, and they were very accommodating and helpful, and drove us around to see probably a dozen apartments that were within our price range. That alone was definitely worth the trip because we were unfamiliar with the city and it allowed us to see what some of the neighborhoods were like. They did all the legwork, and were able to get us set up with an apartment we really like. more

Emily is amazing! I originally went in with my girlfriend as we were going to move in together and Emily showed us 8 places that were within our price range and in the location we wanted and were, for the most part, excellent apartments. more

David L also helped us find apartments and he was FANTASTIC. Very nice, friendly and he showed us all apartments in our price range. All the places he showed us were great and although we didn't sign with them I would DEFINITELY use them again!! more

We had Sarah help us a year or two back find an apartment, and she did a fantastic job and was quite reliable. She didn't show us any places that were dirty or too expensive, and we found a nice affordable apt in Lakeview that we stayed in for two years more

super easy process 5/4/2011

My agent, Heather, was great. We spent 15 minutes in the office as she talked to us about what we wanted and then she grabbed keys and we saw a handful of places. Finally, we settled on a 2 bedroom in Lakeview. Overall this was a great experience and Apartment Savvy made the process super easy more

This place is highly recommended 5/2/2011

After spending countless hours searching for apartments on my own, I decided to give this service a try. Everybody in the office was so friendly! I felt absolutely no pressure. They spent as much time as needed with me and I ended up with a fantastic apartment that I love. It was so much easier than doing it on my own. Leon drove me around and was amazing. I also met Paul, Lisa, Dan, Bryan, and Michael and they were all very helpful. This place is highly recommended! more

I just used Apartment Savvy to find my new apartment in the Depaul area. I was in a hurry to find a place before the fall semester started, so I decided to give Apartment Savvy a shot. They took me to 5 apartments in the area that were all in my price range. Less than a week later I was moving into my new apartment just in time for school. I would definitely use them to find my next apartment. more

I just used Apartment Savvy for the first time and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I needed them to help me find an apartment in Lincoln Park, that was in my budget and pet friendly. They got the job done really quick, which is all I wanted from an apartment search service. more

Apartment Savvy helped me 4/25/2011

Apartment Savvy really helped me find what I was looking for. I was having a hard time sorting through all of the internet ads and contacting people who had apartments for rent, and Apartment Savvy helped me get in and actually see apartments before signing a lease. The leasing agent was really nice (and sort of cute, haha) and definitely took a little of the stress out of moving to a new state. When my lease is up, I will give them another call more

I was able to find a perfect spot 4/22/2011

No complaints. Their office is nice, staff is friendly, and the selection of apartments they provided on the first go around was perfect. The results from ""quick search"" I did were accurate to what the agent showed, and I was able to find a perfect spot on the first trip I made. I wish everything was this easy. more

convenient; friendly agents 3/9/2011

I have exclusively used Apartment Savvy to move into and around Chicago. As moving sucks in general, it was very helpful that Apartment Savvy's representatives have a short-list of potential units all of which are pretty doable; I suppose they are good at predicting what you want based on how often they place people. Anyway, both times I used apartment savvy the tour was quick, I found exactly what I needed space-wise and at the price I could afford on my budget. Other free apartment services, which will remain nameless, I used prior to Apartment Savvy basically took me through the sewers of Wrigleyville despite my desire to live near Lincoln Park. My personal experiences with Apartment Savvy have been devoid of any problems or hiccups, and I will use them again. more
