This company is the worst to deal with. The staff is rude and not helpful. They do not like to take care of the properties they manage. It is almost impossible to get them to complete maintance issues. For example our AC kept breaking and they had to come out multiple times and it would just keep breaking and it was always the same reason. But they finally got sick of paying for the repairs and charged out account. We also came home from a weekend trip to find our bedroom flooded. It took over a month to get it all taken care of. The smell was so bad! They do not respond to emails or calls no matter how many times you try to discuss issues. more

so before moving in i was told the condo was dirty as it was going to be remodeled so they didn't clean it, but changed their mind when i needed to move quickly. so i had to clean the bathroom and kitchen pretty well when i moved in, the carpets were a little dirty also. when i moved out they charged me for the outside patio having dirt on it(when it rains the dirt and mulch end up on the patio) and they took 3 weeks to look at the place so of course it will be dirty. i replaced the stove trays the day i moved out and they even tried to charge me 25$ for those!! the storage unit was dirty when i moved in and they charged 200$ for ""painting"". i didnt want to have to paint when i moved out so i didnt put up a single picture or anything that would put a hole in the wall so there was no way i damaged the paint.
