I was really Happy in the year I was here. Parking is easy, pool is fun. BBQ grills all over the place. We were lucky enough to have one of the really big balcony, so much room you don't know what to do with it. I would recommend it, thing is, it is a tad high for long beach. I mean, it would be nice to live in a nicer location, but with the police station across the street its a safe place to live. more
