Aolus Manufacturing makes metal and filter racks and different things like that. They usually will do a lot of special work if you need it or use common material. They're a good place to be in contact with. They usually do what I ask and if I have any problems, they take care of it. We get what we need on time and they do a good job on it. We've been working with them for about four years now. Sometimes I have to leave a message, but if I do, they usually get back to me pretty quickly. I can email them and they'll get back to me pretty quickly that way as well. Kim usually takes care of me. If they don't understand something, they'll ask questions. Aolus Manufacturing is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their customer service is unbelievable. Most companies are after their customers' money, but Tony and Aolus are dedicated to their customers. They do anything they can to make it easier for them, and this is not just my experience. They're out to make sure every one of their customers is taken care of. They're a small company that started out around the same time that my company started. We've worked hand in hand for a number of years. They do all of my sheet metals, duct work, fittings, etc. for commercial and residential accounts. If there is ever a problem or an error with an order, they make it right at no extra charge. The owner is probably one of the smartest people I've ever met in my life. I tell him what I need over the phone, and he delivers everything perfectly. Price has been reasonable. I recommend their services all the time. If I come across someone who's never used them before, I really push for them because they take such good care of their customers. more

I'll often sell a job in the evening that has to go in in the morning. I can call Aolus Manufacturing before closing time, tell them what I need, and either have it delivered or be able to get it first thing in the morning. You can't get that anywhere else. This service is very personal. more
