Used to like this comapny, but the last two service calls have been BAD. They need to teach their employees some manners and how to speak to clients. $135 for 5 minutes to open and shut the fridge door and no more explaination that the compressor is broken. Plus the LOUT left the gate open when he left -- NO manners at all. My MD charges less, spends more time and talks to you. I used to recommend them, but NO more. They need to get their act together.
