Anytime Fitness

I have been to a number of Anytime fitness locations and this by far is the worst one available. Never in my life have I seen such rude treatment of the members of this location. At first I though the three owners seemed nice. However, Grant Eberly, made the experience a memorable one. He has absolutely NO people skills and the other trainers closely follow his lead. If corporate would listen to the complaints of this location, they would be shut down for good. If there are members that enjoy these guys, good luck to you. I wish every new customer the best but you would be better off going to the newest location on 132nd and L street. \r \r Final thought: It's not always necessary but it would be nice to at least have one of the owners look like they have worked out before. more

Congrats to the 3 new owners who have turned this gym around. I have been a member for almost 1 year now and can't say enough positive things about the gym, the owners & their business practices. They are professional and know what it takes to run a business as well as motivate the members. The gym is friendly and clean. The machines are in good shape and the bootcamp is truly a challenge. The two brothers who are part owner have no people skills. They need to go take a class on how to be courteous and respectful to customers and not argue with the customer, but take accountability for their actions. The gym is small and the tvs attached to some of the equipment is not maintained, can't get a signal and lots of static. The bathrooms are dirty, especially the toliets. I don't think they've been cleaned for several months, they stink! Not worth the money, many other better gyms for the same money and more machines and other perks. These two are a nightmare to deal with, I'd bet they'll twerk off many more customers before they learn how to properly deal with people. Run away now!
