Our Maytag (10 years old) finally needed someone to care for its achy joints (she was squeaking fairly loudly). My wife called them around 10, they were here by 12 and Nick and Jon got right on it! In the house less than 20 minutes and they had diagnosed, repaired and demonstrated the finished work. They are on the top of my list for the next old appliance that starts to complain! more

Hmmm, guessing these people aren't going to rate high when they never show up after making appointments :) You'd think you'd want peoples' business in such a poor economic environment, but to not show up or call is pretty sad. Pros: Didn't cost a thing! Cons: Never fixed a thing! more
