The worst company ever. They make you feel like your being scammed from the beginning, But you have to almost feel sorry for them. I dont know how they stay in business. Unprofessional, rude, never on time if they show up at all. \r I found it funny that Robert the salesman said ""we use special sand to do your pavers"" what a scam. \r Please dont use this company they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! more

All the negative reviews Are correct! Beware from this company! I have been having nothing but problems for the last 2 1/2 since I regretfully hired them. Paid them 60k for spa add on and pool remodel. Quality of work it like a 3-being nice! My pool has a leak that they been trying to fix 4 times. 4 times my pool completely drained! My deck has broken tiles/sinking tiles and not leveled in some places. They threaten you to pay or they won't continue! Paid them in full-worst mistake! My pool has stains my vaccume line that they installed in broken somewhere in which they want me to pay another $1500 to repair. My wall jets don't have suffcient pressure,my led bubbler dosnt bubble. The spa valve has glue on it as well so my spa drains into pool at night when filter off. A Hayward rep came out and told me they need a 3 hp pump rather that the 1 1/2 they put. They left my backyard dug up 2 in which I had to hire landscaper to fill and replace sod twice. I paid one payment with credit card in which they charged me the 3% cc fees. And the countless people I have dealt with. They hire and fire people like people change underwear!! And the turn around time for anyone to get back to you is one week. Looks like I will be in contact with DBPR! BEWARE! more

Worst pool company in South Florida. The quality of work is third rate. They are quick to call for scheduled payments but lose their enthusiasm when service is required. My pool looks worse than before the renovations. You will regret ever using these incompetents. more

FIND SOMEONE ELSE...to do your pool etc....\r My wife and I paid these unprofessional people $30,000 (Feb 5th 2014) to remodel our pool and build an outdoor kitchen...We have little to nothing to show for there bad behavior & unacceptable performance...90 days later!!!!!\r They are not A+ BBB members ..false advertising ...three (soon to be 4) complaints in the last 12 months....\r Our stained pool with incomplete fountains with ripped up patio bricks and broken sprinklers is so bad ...what's worse however would be the verbal abuse you might be lucky to get if they (Robert, Dina, Pat or Stephanie) bother to return phone calls/messages...emails..texts and even two certified letters...\r We have no Kitchen because they tried building it on top of our patio brick not on a slab...my wife caught ""Pat the owner"" putting back the brick saying he was going to build on top of it...""Robert the salesman ,who will treat your home like his""...sold me a ""to code'' kitchen on top of a slab....three computer models/plans...total of 9 weeks later ..two of ""someones elses home"" made us give up..especially after Pat showed up at 7pm one night ...unnanounced and started screaming/verbally abusing my wife....I wouldn't except a free kitchen from them\r Worst contractor's to hire and let on your property....! \r more

FIVE STARS!! My husband and I hired Anything wet Pools and Spas approx 8 weeks ago. They transformed our backyard into a yard that we are now happy to relax in and have company over. We didn't experience anything that was negative. Yes, they asked for there money (draws) but that was because they were moving on to the next phase of our project. We were shocked that our project was completed so quickly. The staff was and is extremely honest and professional, for example if they said they would call me back within an hour they actually did! Trust me our project was no cake walk we reshaped our pool, added a spa, color led lights, fire pit (which my teenagers love!) and had them build an outdoor kitchen. What we wanted is exactly what they delivered and more, in fact the guys were at our home on various occasions working till 8:00 pm, now what other company can you say that about!? Was it messy of course at times it was, but what do you expect when you are doing a complete renovation which is construction. Stephanie, Dina, Pat, Robert and Trish were all very courteous. In fact we find ourselves driving out of our way to obtain the chemicals that are needed for our pool now because they don't try to oversell us on stuff that we don't need. We had and still are having a great experience with this company and we would definitely recommend them to family and friends. more

Bad experience. Timing was off from the start. Picked tile based on standard selection. When they came out to install they said it was wrong size we needed to pick a different one. Why don't you come and measure vs looking at picture? That would of been to easy. Problem one. Problem two the owner meets us to pick. A week later, an alternative tile very clearly to stay in. Standard. They call and tell us the next day , if we want it is an upgrade. Problem three they threaten you if they don't get payment before they do work or they won't do. Don't know about you but I like to be satisfied before I do final payments. They come to blast the pool. It sat for five days with every excuse to not complete. Finally do the plastering and start to fill there are white circles on the bottom. Then the pool is loosing water rapidly. There is a leak!, Still going back and forth with them. Called to speak to the owner, he never returns the call. Nickel and dime you to death. Alot of talk , not a lot of results more

BUYER BEWARE! TOO! \r \r As Mike M. had a bad experience with this company, so did we. Signing the contract and asking for draws was the only things they did on scheduled. \r \r Never showed up when scheduled and when they did finally show up, work was haphazard and messy with a poor attitude on top of all the hassle. Had to oversee everything they did, as all workers would arrive on their own schedules, in unmarked vehicles--seemed to all be independents. Would show up late in the afternoon knowing that the community did not allow work after 5 pm. \r \r Job took more than twice as long as promised. Had to pay landscaper thousands of dollars to clean up what they ruined and this is a company whose aggravation factor is off the charts.\r \r Office has no control and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Glad it's over and would never deal with or recommend this company.\r \r \r \r \r more

BUYER BEWARE! \r \r We contracted with them to resurface the pool, replace the tile, replace the glass block in the hot tub waterfall and clean and seal the pavers on the deck around the pool. They stated that they could get everything done in ten days weather permitting. Everything started out well enough. There was a marble sill on the top of the glass block the Pat (the owner) stated he would replace with granite and it would look better. There was also a discission about adding a rail into the pool at the step to aid in access when entering and exiting the pool. Pat gave us a price that we agreed to and they began the work. They drained the pool, put the new tile on top of the old tile and resurfaced the pool.\r \r We asked that when you seal the paver can it be slightly darker. Pat put water on the pavers and showed us that they darkened up when wet. He said when it's sealed it would look like that and we agreed. This is where is started to go bad. \r \r They acid washed the pavers and they lightened up a lot but it was still dirty and stained in many places. They sent someone out to seal the pavers and before they began I stated to them that even though it was acid washed they had missed many areas and it was not clean. I asked if they could clean it correctly before they sealed it. I really did not want sealer on top of dirt. \r \r The worker called Pat who immediately jumped my behind. He was very rude and hostile. I was pretty upset by the way he spoke to me so I called the office to try to speak to someone and the person I spoke to was even more rude and hostile. She stated to me that Pat was her husband and she was going to put a lein on my house. I was shocked! They did say that they came out later and sealed the pavers. At this point the pavers were bleached out and we were unable to tell any difference.\r \r During the entire process they nickel and dimed me every step of the way. ""We need a ""draw"" to proceed"". Again, this came as a surprise. I gave them a substantial deposit and expected to pay the balance when completed. They collected a ""draw"" each time they completed a part of the job. Did they do a good job on the pool. I would have to say yes. When it came to completing the job at the end (with a minimal balance) is where they did a very poor work and gave me LOTS of attitude when I asked them (very nicely) to do a good job. Yes, we paid them what the balance they asked for and then had to contract someone else to redo the work that they did a very poor job on.\r \r Do NOT do business with these folks. They started out good and at the end did very poor work and got an severe attitude when I asked them to do it correctly. Sadly, I do wish the the experience had been better. I would NOT recommend this company. \r more
