Great one stop shop! 9/22/2009

I went to get my hair colored, which turned out amazing and then in the same day also I got my nail, toes and some waxing services done as well. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I will never go anywhere else, EVER!! Pros: Friendly staff, clean, nice enviorment Cons: Parking lot gets full around lunch more

Not worth the price 7/9/2009

I have been to this location previously for spa services and thought I would try the hair stylists. Based on the pricing, I was expecting to get an experience colorist and stylist and great results. Unfortunately that did not happen. My highlights came out minimal, despite paying for a full highlight, and the colorist did not attempt to blend them with my previous highlights. Now I look like I still have out-growth from my previous highlights, with minimal new color. The stylist was so-so, too many layers despite my request for a few longer ones, but at least she was pleasant. Overall, this was an experience that I would expect from a $50 chain salon, not an upscale $200 spa salon. Pros: location Cons: hair service more

If you like purple roots get your hair colored here. 2/12/2009

I paid $240 to have my hair cut and colored at this salon. My roots turned out purple and I had to go back the next day to have the entire process redone. The new colorist admitted that with my gray hair, the 1st colorist shouldn't have used the product she used that turned my hair purple. She tried her best and now my roots have an orange hue across my entire head. The owner, MK, is not taking my calls and they refuse to refund my money. I'd like to have a refund so that I can get my hair fixed at another salon. I wouldn't advise anyone take the chance with color here. My haircut turned out fine. Cons: Terrible hair coloring more

best salon in denver 12/14/2006

It was my first time going to this salon, my friend had talked about how great it was... I loved the place it was beautiful, the location is great, the costumer service was wonderfull including the front desk....\r I had my hair colored and cut.... It was perfect!!!! Just what i wanted.... I am totally pleased and I wil surely be going back..... Pros: beautiful place, kind people, highly professional Cons: No cons more

Sad day with du chez 1/27/2003

The money i spent at this place should have been a donation for these people to get a class on communication and a masters degree in cutting hair, if there is such a thing. If I wanted a ""suggested cut"" and get something from the trekkies, I would have spent the 7.50 at a supercuts. I suggest a review of your employees, and bring them all to California, where the price is actually worth the cut.
