When you first walk in there is a great sense of welcome and comfort. The staff is very accomidating, happy to anwer any questions and even offered me a complimentary refreshment. They simply said, ""if we can help, we are here."" and let me peacefully shop in a place that felt like an endless treasue box. When ever I needed anything, it was done immediately. They offered to document measurments of pieces I was interested in and even offered photographs, that were taken and printed for me to keep. I ended up buying many items, some of which needed to be waxed and/or altered. They were happy to fix any repair in house, which I found infinately convienient. As a designer incompitence is not an option. It is refresing to find a real collective filled with great stuff and who'll cater to you and your clients needs in a timely fashion. Great Collective!
