Good Food and Live Entertainment! 3/30/2006

The Antique Sandwich Company is a landmark in the Ruston neighborhood on the way to Point Defiance Park. Well known for its sandwiches (of course) and desserts, it is also worth noting the regular poetry readings. I've been told that "Poets for Peace" hold open mic readings regularly. more

Antique Sandwich - Historic location, Music, food, ambiance! 3/5/2006

I guess the title sums it up pretty well, for that's what you get at the Antique Sandwich. Located near Point Defiance Park, in historic Ruston, the Antique Sandwich is a little gem of a place. The food is good, not too expensive, and there are pleasant tables and chairs scattered in friendly groups around the two-level room. Music and live entertainment is available on many nights for a modest cover. There used to be a free night, if I'm not mistaken, although I'm not sure if they still do that or not. more
