100,000 mile service 9/5/2014

Nice job!! The interior was vacuumed and the car was washed. One important problem was found and will be repaired in about 2 weeks. more

disappointing 8/18/2014

This is the first time that I must say I received the wort service from Antich. My car was in tha shop from Monday to Friday. No one called me about what was wrong with my car and I had to call on the following day and was told that the part was not available. Thursday, I called again, not ready but Allan said he will call me before the end of the day. He did not call. I called Friday. The first person I spoke to was condesending, then I spoke to Alan who appologized but was so patronizing it was insulting. I know MIke was gone that week. Is this what happens when he is gone? I hope Mike contacts me. He is going to lose us if this is the kind of service we get!! more

greeted with a smile,pleasant tone when addressing you both on the phone & when your there in the office. Everyone will to be of assistance & thorough in explaining what has been done or needs to be done on the automobile. more

they really try to provide great customer service 8/15/2014

It doesn't always happen, but they try really hard. The guy that dropped me off was supposed to pick me up, but in the 20 mins since he called and said he was on his way, something happened and I had to wait for another guy, then he went to the wrong address... it took almost an hour for them to drive 3 miles to pick me up more
