Tony (Anthony) and another employee came out on a spa service call. The entire time he was talking to a tech on the phone and did nothing, but still billed the $79 service charge. Tony attempted to sell a pool cleaner while he was supposed to be figuring out what was wrong with the hot tub. A few days later another tech had to respond and fixed the problem. This tech was the one on the phone. Billed again. It was obvious Tony had no idea what he was doing and yet I still had to pay for another service call and for his poor knowledge and service.
