As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today if I wanted their continous business. We placed an order, went to go pick it up and when I got there I told her I placed an order and told her my name. She said she didn't have an order for that. I then asked if i would be able to place the order now and she started yelling at me " No your going to have to wait" as she rushed around and I didnt see any reason considering I was the only one in there. I then told her nevermind and turned to walk out and she said "DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU!" I would never say that to my customers, I would do everything in my power to address the situation. My wife and I have been at our new location right down the street from Anthony's for almost 3 months and have provided them with plenty of business from us more than twice a week and we direct our customers to them for a bite to eat. Knowing what I know now, I will be redirecting them to La Villa right down the from them. Not a good move on their part considering how much business we generate.
