Anthony & Sylvan Pools

I first heard about Anthony & Sylvan online. I had gotten quotes from three different companies and I thought their warranty information and price are the best. It was a new installation, an in-ground pool. It is granite and uses chlorine. The size of the pool is my favorite feature. Everybody was just so wonderful. My design guy was super and he gave us a pool that we really do like. My project manager was very good, very helpful. And all the contractors were here when they should have been. They did a great job and the cleanup was super. It was a very positive pool-building experience! If I bought another property, I would use them again. more

We decided to build a pool and our Anthony Sylvan sales person made recommendations to us regarding the financing. The salesman was one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with. He made recommendations to us based on our needs. He is intuitive about what the client wants/needs. It was obvious that he is a client-advocate and not simply trying to drive up cost as he clearly outlined pros and cons with each option. Our very large (17,500 gallon) pool was completed in 35 days, start to finish, which we found astonishing. The pool is BEAUTIFUL and our neighbors are so jealous. We have heard horror stories from others who said it took months and months to finish their pool. Some contractors had even walked off their jobs and they were begging for others to finish. We had NONE of these issues. The construction manager was responsive and the whole project ran like clock-work. I will sing the praises of Anthony Sylvan to anyone who will listen. We are beyond delighted with this company and can't say enough good things about our experience. more

After interviewing a few Pool Builder companies we decided to have Anthony & Sylvan Pools build the pool for us. We are glad we selected Anthony & Sylvan Pools. We had great experience working with everyone at Anthony & Sylvan Pools. We started out working with Philip Kinney, Sales/Design Consultant to discuss pool building process. Without knowing much about building a pool, Philip was very patient with us. He took time to explain the different between Ozone vs. Salt Water pool system and the benefits that come with each system. After listened to our description of how we want our pool to look like, Philip designed the shape and size of the pool that fit our need. He also helped us pick out the materials, tile & stone styles & deck color that work well with the exterior of our house. \r \r Next, we worked with Joe DeAlba, the Project Manager. Joe is a detailed oriented individual with great project management skill. He was very through in the initial layout & walkthrough process, helped us finalize the deck height & design as well as the location of the pool equipment. Joe was always available through the process to answer any questions and make adjustments as needed. He was also helpful with the permit & inspection process as we worked through the construction of the pool and followed up well. \r \r During the building process, we received calls from the Executive level individuals to check in and want to know how things are going and if we have any questions or concern regarding the pool building or their service. Although we were not home during their visit, they came by the house and checked the progress of the installation. Throughout the installation process, we received good communication regarding the installation schedules to let us know when each step is schedule and how long it would take to finish. This information was very helpful for us to know what next and the duration of completion. \r \r Overall, we had a great experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and helpful. Our pool turned out beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We're enjoying using the spa in the winter and looking forward to enjoy the pool in the summer. We would definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan to our family and friends.\r more

my goodness where to start!? after so many years of deciding if building a pool was a good idea i finally decided to go for it! anthony sylvan sent out someone who promised so many things.. in the end got ripped off, sent people who just seemed to want to get the job done as quick as possible, had to call so many times to get things fixed. when it was finally completed, water would leak out and we would have to refill FINALLY sent someone to check it out. i have only had this pool for less than a year, theres tons of disocoloration on the plaster, tried calling NEVER heard back, once they got my money, they never looked back! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!! SHOULD have done more research! more
