I woke up with that feeling (anyone who has had it will know what I mean) that my back was about to "go out." I called Tony and made an appointment. When I arrived at his office in a medical building in downtown White Plains, it felt like the right place to be, very professional and business-like. Tony asked me questions much as a doctor might to find out whether I had any health problems that might interfere with his ability to help me. Then he went to work. To my surprise, it didn't hurt and it actually worked! He told me to take my time getting up from the table and when I did, my back felt much more stable. And it stayed that way. I saw him a few more times just to be sure but it was amazing. He really saved my week. I have to admit I was skeptical that massage could have that effect but when a massage therapist has the right training and experience, apparently it can!
