I really enjoy shooting at Anthony Arms. I shoot every week and spend a lot of money. My complaint is about how Damn Hot it is inside the shooting range. I have asked why... and the reply is always the same...AC is broke. Maybe the Business Management..... Mr. Ray G Anthony, President and Mr. Bill McCall, General Manager should spend a"" little"" of my money and get it fixed...I know for a fact if the range was comfortably cool... I and others would spend a lot more money there.. more

I've been here five or six times, both to shoot at the range and to look at guns. Each time, the clerks at the range have been incredibly rude. They're also really slow and treat you like you're a burden. I'm not sure why they treat people this way, especially people who are decent, polite, and don't cause problems.\r \r The salespeople upstairs are incredibly rude. They stand around and watch TV and ignore you. They'll see you standing there and ignore you, but they won't even go in the back room. If you manage to catch their eye, they'll sigh and walk over and treat you rudely.\r \r Buy your guns on the internet and go shoot in the country. You'll save a lot of money and won't have to deal with these a-holes. more

first and last time we go to anthony 3/7/2010

We went there to look around at guns, my husband knew exactly what he wanted but we still browsed everything first. We were never asked if we needed help. Actually the worker sat in a chair and watched tv instead of helping us. Finally we asked to see a gun and the man in his chair rolled his eyes at us and continued to sit there. He got up minutes later to help us. They were not nice until we said we were going to buy the gun. The guy tried to sell us a part for the gun that was already included with the gun but told us that it was not. Luckily we did not buy it and found it in there when we got home. Also they would not sell us ball ammo there unless we were going to shoot in their range, which was so over priced anyways. The only plus of going there was that they had the exact gun we were looking for. Never again will we go there. Never. Pros: had the gun we were looking for Cons: expensive ammo. crappy service more

Do not go to this place!!! 8/12/2009

If I could give Anthony Arms a negative star I would. Do not go there!! The man that was working the range was an awful person. He told us he was closed an hour and 10 mins before the website says they close. He gave us no instruction on the facility, rules, or even if we were wearing the proper clothing. Other partons had to tell us to put our ear plugs in before entering the range. We asked him how to load and operate the gun & he gave the bare minimum of information and told us that was the best he could do because they were closing. The range itself had a huge oil puddle that leaked from the ceiling that anyone could slip on and because this man didn't tell me to put my jacket on over my lower cut lose top, a shell casing came back at me, went down my shirt and caused a second degree burn on my chest. This place is dangerous and the staff is extremely rude and reckless. They also ripped us off by $8 & wouldn't even except a coupon we got off THIER OWN website. more
