Worst Company Ever! 9/9/2010

I called these guys out in early June to come take care of a Groundhog problem. Initially, they got one quickly but there was another one which was ripping up my yard ALL SUMMER LONG. The tech would come out every couple weeks and re-bait the trap. I'd call at least once a week and I'd get a ""I'm too busy right now"" excuse. Are you fecking serious? Then come Sept he realized the trap isn't big enough for the Groundhog. Tells me he is coming out the next day to put a new trap and not come out for a week because he is waiting on a trap? Do you not know how to use the phone? more

Great service ""very Prompt"" 7/9/2007

I had a problems with wasp's all over my home so I called this company to come out. I was told that someone could come out the next day. My technician Ron called me at 8am to tell me he was on his way. He arrived to my home at 8:24 am and quickly assessed my problem and began to treat my home for wasp's that were nesting along my windows of my home. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable and did a very thorough job I have since not had any problems with wasp around my home. more
