First visit, everyone was very nice so I might give a 1.5 star for that. I came in with a badly chipped rear tooth, the drilled out the decay and gave a sedimentary filling and was told to come back in about two weeks to get a final fix. Upon return, I asked how my root canal was. I was not told to get a root canal elsewhere or referred to anyone for one (not from the area originally) so I repeated what I was told to the assistant than to the dentist. They rechecked the notes then got very uninviting towards me eventually telling me to leave even though I was just saying what I remembered being told in a calm non-argumentative voice. So they got my money for my initial appointment then sent me out with a still very broken tooth.
