half yearly check up 4/15/2011

Went in for half yearly teeth cleaning; Heidi did a thorough job, she was careful and detailed/explained everything she did before doing it. Her touch was gentle yet not too soft. I did not have to wait at all for her, not did I have to wait for Anoosh to do his exam. Which was efficient and thorough as usual. Great experience. more

Friendly dentist and staff 4/9/2011

I would give them 5 stars if they would provide full parking validation for the building's garage (they currently only provide partial parking validation). more

not happy!!! 4/6/2011

the surgery was good. doctor was great. my issue was that when i was presented with my options the nurse did not tell me that the crown for my root canal was going to be an additional 1500 dollars, on top of the root canal and rebuild. she was not clear at all on this i was under the impression that it was all totaled for the whole proccedure. if she had told me i would have gotten the extraction, because i cant afford another 750 (my cost after inssuerance) for the crown. i am very unhappy now that i have to find a way do deal with this. more

Emergency Visit 4/6/2011

Saw us within 20 minutes of calling up and within 5 mnutes of arrival. Rectified bent tooth from accident and provided custom protective guard. Toatal length of visit was approximately one hour. more

I love coming to get my teeth cleaned here. The office is beautiful, serene, the technician soothing and relaxing. Dr. Afifi is an excellent dentist, has state of the art equipment and listens. Recommend highly more
