I went in for an eye infection and routine exam, but left extremely disappointed after 4 visits. I was left still unable to see and my wallet much lighter. If you have supplemental insurances besides vision, be careful because in my experience it seemed like a billing free for all despite follow up appointments being no more than a minute and a half long, each time a result of mistakes made by Dr. Torres. Its a good thing my healthcare PPO has great benefits, but I was still out a solid $200+ all said and done despite the fact that I had multiple insurances and only went in for an exam and contact lens fitting.
