Ann Miranda Properties managed my rental property in Moon Twp, PA for 11 months. During this time the tenant (which she located) failed to pay rent for 6 months (a total lost of nearly $8,000 for me). Not to mention, I had to contently demand Ann Miranda Properties go to court to have the tenant evicted. Finally, the tenant vacated the property only to have caused various damaged which required replacement. This was surprising because Ann Miranda Properties indicated they were completing inspections on the property. As a result of the lost I had experienced, I requested Ann Miranda Properties provide half of the cost for items to be replaced ($1,300.00) Ann Miranda Properties refused. As a result of the refusal, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they sided with Ann Miranda Properties. The real unfortunate part was Mrs. Miranda’s attorney contacted me when I filed my claim with the BBB indicating his client fulfilled her contact with me-collecting the rent. I was flabbergasted she could involve an attorney; however, during the time the tenant was in my home, rent free, she contently explained she could not afford to obtain an attorney to handle the matter. \r
Therefore, if you are considering this company for property management BEWARE: they do not complete home inspections, know/understand the rules concerning rental properties, or attempt to migrate the owner of any loss/damages. My experience was horrible, a costly error, and the worst experience with any company to date. \r
