If there's an option to give them no stars or negative stars, I would! When my husband woke up the day we were supposed to go on the catamaran, he was feeling sick and started vomiting shortly after. I contacted Anini Tours right away to tell them that we couldn't make it and the reason. What did they say? "You can't cancel now" "You better be here at 7:30am" These people do NOT understand the concept of emergency or urgent situation. My husband was very tempted to show up just to puke all over the catamaran! more
