Ok, I've been there a few times and they are nice at the front part of the store, but today I took a chance for grooming and she asked me what I wanted done. I said, bathed, cut and toenails. I dropped my Daisy off at 10:30 am. and was told to come back at 3:30. When I called at 2:45 to check on her, they said they were finishing her up and it would be 45 minutes. Granted they had 4 other dogs before her and it wasn't a problem except when I got there at 3:30 she didn't look much different except for her legs were trimmed. I took a look at her toes and they had hardly done anything to her toenails. She is a shihtzu and her toenails are like bearclaws. When I asked about them she said, ""oh yeah that's as far as we were able to do them"". My poor daisy still had black tar tears under her eyes. They had not even washed her face nor do I think her body entirely. The groomers place in the back was so dirty and smelly with hair everywhere it about made me gag. I am thinking to call the inspector to have the place checked out. I hope I didn't bring my dog home with some sort of Kennel cough or something. I guess you get what you pay for. I am really disheartened with Animal Supply House in Powdersville and it just goes to show you that you get what you pay for but even for 35 bucks I should have gotten more than a Handkerchief and a terrible attempt to groom a 10 pound dog.
Pros: The Cashier and one of the groomer ladies were nice.
Cons: The Groomers on site were awful.
