I've seen Dr. Frost for the last year or two and highly recommend him. He is thorough, has good communication, and is good with my dog Penny...even though she can be a handful sometimes :) He gives me options and doesn't simply recommend expensive specialists and surgery. I have been going to Animal Medical Center for the past three years. Dr. Frost and Dr. Peterson have been so caring, patient and helpful with my sick animals. The techs, Dan and Kim, are so great (they love my animals!). I have a sick cat and a sick (rescued) dog that have been seeing the vets for the past year, and the whole staff has been supportive and caring. I came from another vet that was horrible (made me feel guilty for things out of my control) that I am so glad to work with people who care. I wouldn't go anywhere else! When I need an appointment, they get me in right away. They are also great with my constant questions (and even give me info to look up on the internet...since they know I'm always checking medical issues on the web!) I really appreciate that they take the time to make sure they've answered all your questions (instead of rushing through an exam and rushing you out the door). I am also thankful that they will refer you to a specialist if they feel they can't help (and take care of paperwork too!) Animal Medical Center is a great and trustworthy place to take your animals.....I highly recommend it. Pros: appointments, caring staff more

I WAS SHOCKED AND WILL NEVER GO NEAR THIS PRACTICE AGAIN.\r I am not normally one to complain, but this vet made me so unhappy that I feel compelled. I went with my sister to have her dog put down. The dog, Fluffy, had been in good health, but had gotten very old. Over the last two days of Fluffy's life, she had lost her usual pluck and on her last day she started crying. My sister called to request an appointment and the office requested that she come in at the end of the day. Then when we brought Fluffy in, the office staff made the poor choice to say that we ""should have brought her in sooner."" We tried to and were told to come in the afternoon. When I confronted them about this, they lied and said that my sister was the one that requested the afternoon and that she refused and earlier appointment. This was a bold faced lie. I believe that a good vet needs to realize that people are with their beloved pets. Their curt words scarred my sister and her daughter.\r Cons: Rude and lied. more
