Dr Oliver lead to believe my animal was going to die without surgery! It was $1,200.00 to roll Bobo into the surgery room, then of course additional charges. I couldn't afford to pay out that type of money so suddenly, specially after paying Dr. Stephanie Lantrys' clinic $750.00!!! After the heartbreaking decision to sign over Bobo to the Tampa emergency Vet Clinic (driving from Sarasota in the night hours affaid my beloved animal would die in the backseat), I leaned from the Tampa EVC that Bobo had a case of HOOK WORMS! Thank god, the Tampa emergency vet had the compassion to extend their hands and allow me to get Bobo back. I contacted Dr. Stephanie Lantry at HER practice and was told all services provided were non refundable. I allowed her over 3 days to make a decision about my case. Dr. Stephanie Lantry cares nothing for her clients. I just can't believe a $300.00 refund after terrorising a pet owner of thier possible loved ones death was not even feasible to her. Bobo is treated by law as property and you'll have the same experience with this vets office!! more

Very disappointed 1/29/2011

So upset with the treatment of the staff here. We were thrown into this vet when our vet merged. There are a couple staff members who are great but the professionalism of the majority of the staff is absurd. They don’t listen to your concerns and they talk down to you. Make sure if they tell you to come back for a recheck at no charge you get that in writing because they will charge you. They are money hungry and put their financial requests before the thoughts of the patient’s well being. more
