BEST CLINIC IN THE SOUTHBAY!!! 9/23/2010

Whenever I have to bring my pup in to see Dr. Pott & her staff, I know that I'll get all of my questions answered and Sully will get treated as if he's a member of their family. We are always greeted with a smile from the receptionists and a wag from their dogs that sit behind the desk with them. The technicians are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Pott has provided exceptional care every single time I've gone in. Love it there!!! more

We have very good experiences at this animal clinic. Dr. Christine Pott is friendly, compassionate and very experienced. She is very patient with our dog and very thorough in his examinations.\r \r We never have to wait for very long. We are pleased with this clinic. more

Will Spoil your Pet! 1/29/2008

We LOVE the Animal Medical Clinic!\r We've been going there for over seven years. The staff is very friendly and professional. They treat each pet as if it were their own. The waiting room is newly remodeled and the entire clinic is extremely well kept and clean. They even send postcards to remind us of what appointment we need to make next. Best Animal Hospital in the South Bay! 1/26/2008

I love the Animal Medical Clinic! I adopted my dog from a rescue organization that highly recommended them to me and I couldn?t be happier! I love the whole staff! The doctors and technicians are wonderful and attentive and the front desk always knows us by name and treats my dog like one of their own! She loves going to the vet and visiting with her friends! I am always able to get an appointment, even if it's the same day! The whole hospital is always clean and their prices are very reasonable! I will never leave! more

Best Animal clinic in the South Bay 1/25/2008

I have taken my dog to several vet clinics around the South Bay area. My dog has kidney problems that my been difficult to manage - well that is until I took him to the Animal Medical Clinic. The staff has very nice, I loved that there are 2 waiting rooms - one for cats and the other for dogs - the vet went out of her way to find a food that my dog could eat and yet still manage his kidney problem. I have always been treated with great respect and you can tell how much the entire clinic loves and cares for the animals that come in. I have recommended this clinic to many friends and every single one of them have had the same wonderful experience that I have. \r Loved the vet, loved the staff, and loved the clinic! Pros: really caring staff Cons: can't think of one more

The best staff ever! 1/25/2008

The staff at AMC is so kind and personable. They treat my pets like they are members of their own family, always remember their names and greet them affectionately. The doctors I have worked with there are caring and compassionate and always take the time to explain everything to me. The clinic is always clean, bright and well organized. The prices are fair and reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my veterinary needs! Pros: Great staff, very caring and professional. Cons: None! more

If you like awkward, rude and short conversation with little to no respect then give them a call! \r -OR-\r If you are a potential customer looking to find a friendly voice, personable attitude and great attention to customer service then I would say stay away from this business.\r \r Doesnt appear to me that they bothered to check training or history of experience for the posistions they filled. Lisa and Christina Hardy are the worst people I have had to deal with when calling a business. Pros: Didnt get the chance to ever find any Cons: Read the review. Office staff is way, way under par. more
